     A random allocation system using minimization method on Internet

    【Abstract】 AIM: To develop a random allocation system using minimization method on Internet. METHODS: With Pocock and Simon minimization method, a random allocation system, based on WIN 2000 Server IIS, ASP and SQL Server 2000 database, was developed and a simulated test was performed, in which 60 patients were allocated to two groups by three prognostic factors. RESULTS: The three prognostic factors were balanced in the two groups. CONCLUSION: The random allocation system using minimization method on Internet is handy and reliable.
