摘要：目的 探讨不同浓度褪黑素预处理对成年大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注(I/R)后血流动力学的影响。方法 32只成年S-D大鼠(350~400g)随机分为4组，每组8只，利用Langendorff模型灌注其离体心脏，待心脏功能稳定后，对照组平衡30min后缺血再灌注，预处理组则用不同浓度的褪黑素灌注30min后缺血再灌注。各组均为常温(37℃)缺血25min，复灌60min。观察各组血流动力学改变。结果褪黑素预处理组左心功能恢复明显高于对照组。结论 褪黑素预处理促进成年大鼠心肌缺血-再灌注(I/R)后血流动力学恢复。

    Effects of Melatonin on Isolated Rat Myocardial Blood Stream Dynamics after Ischemic-Reperfusion

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effects of Melatonin on post-ischemic blood stream dynamics in isolated Sprague-Dawley rat myocardium.METHODS 32 adult Sprague-Dawley rats (350~400g) were randomly divided into 4 groups. Hearts were subjected to 25 min of normothermic global ischemia followed by 60 min of reperfusion.RESULTS Duration of ventricular arrhythmia significantly decreased and LVDP, ±dp/dtmax recovery had a significant improvement in melatonin pretreatment groups. CONCLUSION Melatonin is an effective agent for protection against post-ischemic reperfusion injury. ......
