【摘要】 目的 探讨提高治疗变应性鼻炎的有效方法。方法 鼻内镜直视下采用等离子体数字热能系统(DNR)切断翼管神经、筛前神经鼻内支及烧灼下鼻甲黏膜，治疗变应性鼻炎62例。结果 随访6～20个月，显效48例，有效9例，无效5例，总有效率91.9%(57/62)。无严重并发症发生。结论 经鼻内镜直视下采用DNR系统切断翼管神经、筛前神经及烧灼下鼻甲黏膜治疗变应性鼻炎有较好疗效，具有手术操作简单、治疗部位准确、术中出血少、创伤小、安全可靠等优点，有较好的临床应用价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore effective treating approaches with digital number remedy (DNR) cure system for allergic rhinitis.Methods Sixty-two cases of allergic rhinitis were treated with DNR cure system to cauterize the vidian nerve，anterior ethmoid nerve and mucosa of inferior turbinate monitored through nasal endoscope.Results All patients were followed up for 6～20 months.The distinct efficacy was found in 48 cases；partial effect in 9 cases；no effect in 5 cases.The total effective rate was 91.9%(57/62).No severe complication was found in all patients.Conclusion The cauterization of the vidian nerve ......
