     Detection of metabolism of anti HFRSV antibody in HFRS patients

    【Abstract】 AIM: To study the pharmacokinetics of murine McAb of antiHFRSvirus in patients treated with this drug. METHODS: Two kinds of ELISA methods were established to detect the murine IgG and humanantimouse antibody, thus detecting 165 sera of the secondperiod and thirdperiod clinical trials. RESULTS: Both kinds of methods were highly specific, sensitive and stable. The blood drug level of murine IgG reached its peak 13 d after the McAb injection and the average concentration was (1.04±0.84) mg/L. Six to ten days after injection, the average concentration declined to (0.21±0.21) mg/L. Twelve days after injection the murine IgG could not be detected in most cases. The production of humanantimouse antibody occurred mainly after twelve days and the positivity rate of detection was 78.0%, and the average titer was 1∶557. Six to ten days after injection, the positivity rate was 28.6% and the average titer was 1∶355. CONCLUSION: In HFRS patients, the metabolism of murine McAb is rapid. The humanantimouse antibody produced in 12 d does not influence the metabolism of murine McAb. ......
