     【摘要】目的: 研究低能量HeNe激光对高血压脑出血术后功能恢复作用的研究. 方法: 选择本院神经外科1999/2003年间收治的156例高血压脑出血术后患者，随机分组，其中85例应用低能量HeNe激光血管内照射(ILIB)促进功能恢复. 结果: 应用HeNe激光治疗组85例与常规治疗对照组71例血液流变参数全血比黏度,按t检验分析，差别有显著性意义(P<0.01)；入院时及治疗两个疗程后神经功能缺损评分,分别为无显著性差异(t=0.107, P>0.05)和有显著性差异(t=2.68, P<0.05). 治疗后疗效相比较，按χ2检验进行统计学处理，差别具有显著性(χ2=8.20, P<0.05). 结论: 本法为降低高血压脑出血术后重残率，提高生存能力提供了一个有确切疗效的方法.

    【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the effects of HeNe laser on the function recovery of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (HCH) after operation. METHODS: 156 cases of HCH treated in our Department of Neurosurgery from 1999 to 2003 were chosen. The patients were divided randomly into two groups (study group 85 and control group 71). The 85 patients in the study group were treated with intravascular low power HeNe laser irradiation (ILLI) to improve the function. RESULTS: Significant difference was found in the whole blood specific viscosity between study group and the control group (P<0.01). After two courses of treatment, the nerve function of patients was found to have much improved by Glasgow outcome scale (GOS) (t=2.68, P<0.05). The results of χ2 text showed that the therapeutic effects of the experiment group were much better than those in the control group (χ2=8.20, P<0.05). CONCLUSION: ILIB is an effective treatment in promoting the function recovery in postoperative patients with HCH. ......
