【摘要】 目的 探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术后的护理效果。方法 采用连续硬膜外麻醉，在输尿管镜下，用气压弹道碎石机进行碎石，术后给予相应的护理措施。结果 该组病例全部迅速康复出院。结论 只有在术前充分准备，术后严密观察勤于护理，再配合医生高超的医疗技术，才是手术成功的保证。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the nursing effects on patients treated with ureteroscopy and ballisticlithotripsy.Methods With Continuous epidural anesthesia,ureteroscope ballistic lithotripsy was performed in a group of patients with calculi,then corresponding postoperative nursing intervention followed.Results All patients of the group had a quick recovery and discharge.Conclusions Only sufficient preoperative preparation and careful postoperative observation together with sophisticated medical technique can ensure a successful operation.
