    益母草的遗传学研究①

    〔摘 要〕 目的 观察中药益母草的遗传毒性和抗诱变作用。方法 应用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试

    验(MNT) 。结果 各剂量(1. 0、 2. 0、 4. 0、 8. 0 g kg)益母草所致的微核率与正常对照组比较无显著性差异

    ( P > 0. 05) ;益母草 1. 0 g kg剂量对环磷酰胺(CP)所致的微核率无抑制作用 ( P > 0. 05) ,但 2. 0、 4. 0、 8. 0

    g kg各剂量组对 CP所致的微核率均有抑制作用 ( P < 0. 05) ,其中 8. 0 g kg 剂量组作用显著。结论 益母

    草本身对遗传物质无诱变作用 ,并在一定剂量时 ,具有抗诱变作用。

    ods The micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow cell (MNT) was used. Re s ul t s The difference was not sig2

    nificant in rate of micronucleus in mouse bone marrow induced by Herba Leonuri compared with NS group

    ( P > 0. 05) . Herba Leonuri ( 1. 0 g kg ) could not decrease micro - nuclei f requencies induced by CP

    ( P > 0. 05) . and Herba Leonuri ( 2. 0、 4. 0、 8. 0 g kg) could significantly inhibit micro - nuclei f requencies

    ( P < 0. 05) . Conclus ion Herba Leonuri it self has no gene - toxic effect ,and it may be anti - mutation at higher

    dose level .
