野生蒲公英的人工栽培

    或秋播种子, 在良好的间苗、除草、覆膜、肥水管理等栽培措施下, 每年每平方米田地可收割嫩茎叶产品6～ 12kg, 经

    济效益显著。

    of f resh young leaves under fo llow ing measures: using healthful seedlings, w eeding

    in t ime, cover ing f ilm and reasonable fer t ilizat ion and ir r igat ion .

    蒲公英( T. m ong l icum Hand . M azz . )又名婆

    婆丁、黄花地丁、金簪草等, 菊科蒲公英属多年生草

    本植物。具有解食毒、消恶肿、乌须发、壮筋骨之药

    效。味甘无毒, 可食用。近年来, 蒲公英作为名贵野

    生蔬菜被列为席间上品, 并进入了普通百姓家庭。蒲

    公英作为无公害药食两用食品, 越来越受到人们的

    欢迎。

    1 特征特性

    野生蒲公英分布全国各地, 荒山坡沟、地头路

    边、疏林草甸、岗丘平原都可生长。耐寒, 零下 30℃

    根不受害, 0℃以上根能发芽; 地上部分在 10℃以上

    可正常生长, 适宜生长温度 20～ 25℃, 30℃以上停

    止生长(休夏) , 在南阳盆地冬季也能缓慢生长。耐旱

    耐瘠, 很少有病害发生。直根系, 主根粗壮, 叶丛生于

    基部, 倒向羽状分裂或琴状羽状分裂。舌状花, 头状

    花序生于花茎顶端, 异花授粉 ......
