正交试验法优选肉桂挥发油的提取工艺

    摘要:目的 探讨肉桂挥发油的提取工艺。 方法 用正交试验法对肉桂挥发油的提取工艺进行优选 ,以挥发油体积为指

    标 ,以加水量(A) 、浸泡时间(B) 、提取时间(C)为因素进行正交试验。 结果及结论 肉桂油的最佳提取工艺是将药材加 6 倍量

    水浸泡 2h ,水蒸汽蒸馏 5h。

    timized ext ract process was the medicinal materials being dipped in 6 times water for 2h and distilled 5h by vapour.

    肉桂,为樟科植物肉桂(Cinnamomum cassia Presl)和大叶

    清化桂(Cinnamomum cassia Presl var1macrophyllum Chu)的干燥

    树皮。国产肉桂主产于广西、广东、福建,云南亦产。进口肉桂

    主产于越南,柬埔寨等地亦产[1 ]。肉桂补火助阳,引火归源,散

    寒止痛,活血通经。用于治疗阳痿、宫冷、腰膝冷痛、肾虚作喘、阳虚眩晕、目赤咽痛、心腹冷痛、虚寒吐泻、寒疝、奔豚、经闭、痛经[2 ]

    等。外用可治疗丘疹性荨麻疹、闭合性创伤、冻疮[3 ]。肉

    桂含挥发油1198～2106 %,其挥发油主要化学成分为桂皮醛

    (cinnamaldehyde) 、乙酸桂皮酯(cinnamylacetate) 、桂皮酸乙酯

    (ethylcinnamate) 、苯甲酸苄酯 ( benzylbenzoate) 、苯甲醛 ( ben2

    zaldehyde) 、香豆精(coumarin) 、菖蒲烯(calamenene) 、原儿茶酸

    (protocatechuic acid) 、反式桂皮酸(trans 2cinnamic acid)等[4 ,5 ]。对

    肉桂挥发油提取的文献报道较少,本文选取挥发油体积为指

    标,采用L9 (34)正交实验优选提取条件,为肉桂挥发油的进一

    步研究提供科学依据 ......
