    中药复方甘草合剂提取工艺研究X

    摘 要 目的: 研究中药复方甘草合剂的最佳提取工艺。方法: 采取正交试验法进行优选, 薄层扫描法测定甘草酸单

    铵盐含量。结果: 乙醇浓度、提取时间及次数对甘草酸单铵盐的提取有显著性影响。结论: 最佳提取工艺为用60%乙醇连续

    提取 3 次, 溶剂用量为 8 倍, 提取时间是 2. 5、 1. 5 和 1 h, 可获得较高提取率。

    1 材料和仪器

    实验用药材(由天津中医学院中药鉴定室鉴定)购
