Abstract
AIM: To observe the effect of Jiawei Zuojin Wan (JZW) on the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), C-met, Bcl-2 and P53 protein in rats with gastric precancerous lesions (GPL), and to study the possible mechanism of AZP in the treatment of GPL.
METHODS: The model of GPL was established mainly through N-methyl-N-nitro N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG) together with other factors including 56℃ NaCl solution (150 g/L), sodium deoxycholate (8.5 g/L), alcohol stimulation (400 mL/L), ranitidine (0.3 g/L), and undue hunger and overeating. The 43 survived rats after modeling were randomly divided into spontaneous recovery (SR), retinoic acid (RA), and high-, moderate-and low-dose JZW group. After the corresponding treatment, the rates of EGFR, VEGF, C-met, Bcl-2 and P53 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical method in each group ......
