【摘要】 护理科研选题是基于临床工作中遇到各种护理技术和理论问题，要选择好的科研课题，必须在工作中多观察、多思考、多问为什么。查阅国内外文献可帮助判断所选课题的新颖性和科学性，找到解决该问题的思路和方法。通过改变课题的组合因素，可编制新的题目。在撰写论文时，实验设计和分组要交代清楚，各组间必须具有可比性。结果表述应简明准确，注意显著性表达方式。讨论围绕结果进行，重视对未预期结果的分析，指出结果表明的临床意义，并提出新的问题或思考。

    【Abstract】 The choice of scientific research subjects should base on a variety of technical or theoretical question appearing in nursing works,so we must observe carefully,think and ask more question in day to day work.Review documents is for the sake of that further analysis whether the subjects or topics are original and scientific,and find the train of thought and solving these questions.In the papers,the experiments signs and groups must be clearly wrote.There is comparability among groups.Results should be terse clear and accurate,especially pay attention to the expression patterns about significant difference.Discusses always centered on the results.The unexpected results must be attached importance and discussed.The significance suggesting from the results should be demonstrated.If necessary,the new questions may be put forward. ......
