军校医学生日常困扰的评定与分析研究

     Assessment and analysis of daily hassles for military medical university students

    【Abstract】 AIM: To assess daily hassles for students in military medical universities so as to improve the efficiency of psychological health education. METHODS: A daily hassles rating scale was used in military medical students (DHRSMMS) and the data were analyzed by SPSS 100 program. RESULTS: In the 935 cases, the factor scores of adaptation and learning were highest in the 6 factors of DHRSMMS. Adaptation factor score was the highest in 1st year students and the loss factor score was the higher in 2nd year and 4th year students, females, and nonsingletons. Economy factor score was higher in males, nonsingletons, 2nd year and 5th year students. The acquaintance factor score was higher in 2nd year and 5th year students and the learning factor score was higher in 2nd year and 4th year students, and nonsingletons. The job factor score was higher in 4th year and 5th year students, and governmentissued cadets. CONCLUSION: The main daily hassles for military medical students are adaptation and learning. Differences of daily hassles are found in students of different genders, academic years, training types and singletons or nonsingletons. ......
