关键词: 人视网膜色素上皮细胞;微波;基因摘 要:目的 研究微波辐射与未辐射人视网膜色素上皮细胞(hTERT-RPE1)应激和凋亡相关基因转录的差异. 方法 应用基因芯片技术对2450MHz微波辐射、未辐射的视网膜色素上皮细胞的mRNA进行检测. 结果 在101条有关应激和凋亡的目的基因中发现有3条基因转录增加,有2条基因转录降低. 结论 微波辐射可引起细胞中与应激和凋亡有关的基因中多基因的改变.

Abstract:AIM To study the difference of gene transcription between hTERT-RPE1cells radiated by microwaves and hTERT-RPE1cells about stress and apoptosis related genes.METHODS cDNA microarray was used to detect the mR-NA from hTERT-RPE1cells and the cells radiated by mic-rowaves.RESULTS Among the101aim genes,there were5genes with differences,of which,3genes displayed increa-sing transcription,and2genes decreasing transcription.CONCLUSION Microwave could induce the gene transcrip-tion profile changes in hTERT-RPE1cells about stress and apoptosis response genes. ......
