    摘 要:目的 探讨表皮生长因子(hEGF)在增生性肾小球肾炎(PGN)发病中的作用. 方法 采用放射免疫分析法检测24例PGN、12例非PGN患者及13例正常人血清、尿液和肾活检组织hEGF含量. 结果 PGN组肾组织、尿hEGF含量显著高于非PGN组(0.63±0.18vs0.59±0.15，275±51vs64±19，P<0.01)和正常对照组(0.63±0.18vs0.54±0.14，275±51vs54±18，P<0.01)，PGN组血清hEGF较非PGN和正常对照组均无显著差异:肾组织hEGF含量愈高，肾小球病理改变程度愈重(r=0.651，P<0.01);尿hEGF含量与肾组织hEGF含量正相关(r=0.806，P<0.001). 结论 hEGF可能与PGN发病机制有关，尿hEGF含量测定可反映肾组织局部hEGF含量变化.
