【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿胸外科护士临床教学方法。方法 根据临床带教计划，分3个阶段进行教学，选择2002年新护士12名，比较课前课后的教学效果。全部测试数据输入SPSS 11.5软件进行分析。结果 课后测试成绩明显优于课前成绩(均P<0.01)。结论 培养新护士具有良好的职业态度，在教学过程中依赖师生的密切配合，在护理操作中依靠反复练习、规范技术，不断进行抢救演练。因人施教是发挥学生主动性的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the outcome of a set of clinical teaching way for pediatric cardiovascular nurses.Methods According to clinical teaching plan,we choosed 12 new nurses to teach in 3 stages in 2002,and compared the results before and after teaching.Results We found the grade is higher after teaching than before teaching(P<0.01).Conclusion To train a good attitude for nursing,teaching should be based on the communication between teacher and student.Nursing manipulation should depend on repeated training,a criterion and playact of resuscitation.The key of exerting the go-aheadism of students is teaching for everybody. ......
