【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性乙肝血清中Pre-S1与乙肝标志物及HBV-DNA之间的关系，进而分析Pre-S1的检测在判断乙肝病毒复制中的作用。方法 检测587例慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中Pre-S1、HBV-M、HBV-DNA，对其结果进行比较分析。结果 在HBeAg阳性的288例患者血清中Pre-S1与HBV-DNA的检出率分别为76.0%和80.2%，Pre-S1与HBV-DNA检出符合率达80.7%。结论 Pre-S1能够较好地反映乙肝病毒复制情况，对病情的预后及疗效判断具有指导意义。
