    摘 要：目的：研究Tob mRNA在结直肠癌组织及其相应的癌旁正常组织的表达，探讨其在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法：用荧光定量RT-PCR方法，检测38例结直肠癌标本及其相应的癌旁正常组织Tob mRNA的表达。结果：38例癌组织Tob mRNA表达高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.005)； Tob mRNA表达随着Dukes分期有增高趋势，差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论：在结直肠癌的发病机制中，Tob mRNA可能为致癌基因。

    Association of Tob mRNA Expression with Clinicopathological Characteristics of Colorectal Cancer

    Abstract： Objective： To investigate the expression of Tob mRNA in human colorectal cancer tissues, and their corresponding para-cancerous tissues , and to investigate the role of Tob mRNA in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer. Method： Quantitative real time RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Tob mRNA in 38 colorectal cancers. Result： Compared to those from corresponding normal tissues the expression of Tob mRNA in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly increased. Moreover, the expression value of Tob in Dukes A,B,C,D was 8.32±1.90, 6.90±1.43, 6.01±1.25 and 3.48±0.69 ......
