大枣中性多糖的化学研究

摘要:目的:对大枣的多糖化学成分进行较系统研究。方法:大枣用乙醇回流脱脂,80~100℃温水浸取,提取液减压浓缩,乙醇分级沉淀,三氯乙酸脱蛋白,透析,透析内液减压浓缩,再醇沉得到三个级分ZJ-A,ZJ-B,ZJ-C;ZJ-C多糖经DEAE-Cellulose柱、Sepchcryls-300柱层析纯化。结果与结论:分离提取的大枣多糖ZJ-9,ZJ-10,GPC法测定其相对分子量为5 244,4 615。经光谱和色谱分析(13C NMR,HPLC)表明ZJ-10是以β-(1→2)-阿拉伯呋喃糖为主链,葡萄糖、半乳糖在末端或支链相联的均一组分, ZJ-9以β-(1→3)-甘露糖为主链,岩藻糖在末端或支链相联。关键词:大枣;多糖;分离纯化;结构测定
