     摘要：目的：建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定胆香鼻炎片中欧前胡素含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：HP ODSHypersil(4.6 mm×200 mm，5 μm)，柱温：20℃，流动相：乙腈∶水(45∶55)，流速：0.8 ml/min，检测波长：249 nm。结果：欧前胡素在0.007 8～0.25 μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系，相关系数r=0.999 8，加样回收率为98.6%，RSD为2.77%。结论：该方法快速、准确，可作为胆香鼻炎片的质量控制方法。

    Determination of Imperatorin in Danxiang Biyan Tablets by HPLC

    Abstract:Objective:To establish the determination of Imperatorin Danxiang Biyan Tablets by HPLC.Methods:The determination was carried out by HPLC.The mobile phase was acetonirilewater(45∶55)and UV detection wavelength was set at 249 nm.The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1. The column temperature was 20℃.Results:In the range of 0.007 8～0.25 μg for Imperatorin, the coefficacy was 0.999 8 the average recovery was 98.6%(RSD=2.77%).Conclusion:The method was accurate and reliable. It could be used for determination in Danxiang Biyan Tablets. ......
