【摘要】 目的 通过采用动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗35例70岁以上高龄股骨粗隆间骨折病例的观察，探讨DHS系统对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 35例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者均采用手术治疗DHS内固定。结果 所有病例骨折均愈合，愈合时间为8～14周，平均11周。随访4个月～3年，平均1.5年，优良33例，优良率94.8%。结论 DHS系统对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折疗效可靠，手术固定后可行早期功能锻炼，减少并发症发生，是高龄股骨粗隆间骨折理想的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective Passes to adopt the DHS inside to cure the observation of an age over of 70 years old femoral intertrochanteric fractare cases internal fixedly，inquirying into the system of DHS to the curative effect of the advanced age femoral intertrochanteric fractare.Methods 35 advanced age femoral intertrochanteric fractare to all adopt the surgical operation treatment DHS inside fixedly.Results The cases bone fracture cured，average in 8 weeks with visited 4 from month to three，yearse，the average is 1.5 years.Good 33 example，the good rate is 94.8%.Conclusion DHS system is dependable to advanced age femoral intertroachanteric fractare curatrve effect ......
