摘要:目的:探讨采用川参通前列腺局部注射联合针灸治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院泌尿外科门诊慢性前列腺炎患者80例，随机分为两组，每组40例，治疗组采用前列腺注射抗菌素及川参通联合针灸治疗。对照组采用口服抗菌素结合针灸治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：随访3个月至1年，治疗组痊愈9例(22.5%)，显效15例(37.5%)，有效11例(27.5%)，总有效率为87.5%。对照组痊愈3例(7.5%)，显效12例(30.0%)，有效8例(20.0%)，总有效率为57.5%；两组疗效差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论：前列腺注射川参通联合针灸对慢性前列腺炎的治疗具有较好的效果。

    A Therapy for the Chronic Prostatitis by a Prostate Injection of Chuanshentong Combined Acupuncture

    Abstract: Objective: To estimate the clinical efficacy of the therapy for the chronic prostatitis by a prostate injection of chuanshentong combined acupuncture. Method: 80 cases of the chronic prostatitis were reviewed, they were stochastically divided into two groups, each group had 40 cases. The therapy group were performed with a prostate injection of chuanshentong combined acupuncture. The control group were performed with oral medication And the curative effect were contrasted. Results:After a 3～12 months feedback, in the therapy group, 9 cases were cured(22.5%), 15 cases had an evidently effect(37.5%), 11cases had a helpful effect(27.5%), the total efficiency was 87.5%. In the control group, the total efficiency was 57.5%. the difference of the total efficiency was remarkable. Conclusion: The therapy for the chronic prostatitis by a prostate injection of chuanshentong combined acupuncture had a approving curative effect. ......
