【摘要】 目的 通过对牙髓底穿孔的后磨牙进行修补以及全冠修复的疗效进行研究。方法 随机抽取69例后磨牙用3种不同材料进行修补，根管治疗，玻璃离子充填以及全冠修复。结果 3种修补材料的疗效差异无显著性。进行全冠修复和无修复的差异有显著性。结论 进行髓室修补治疗加全冠修复对保存患牙疗效较好，值得推广。
