急性视神经炎脑脊液变化特点

【摘要】 目的 探讨视急性神经炎(optic neuritis，ON)患者脑脊液变化(CSF)特点，为ON的诊断和治疗提供有价值的临床资料。方法 采用临床病历分析统计法，归纳分析ON患者的CSF资料。结果 CSF外观及压力大多正常，少数有轻度升高；蛋白正常或轻度升高；白细胞正常；免疫学检查中以24h IgG合成率升高为主，寡克隆区带(oligoclonal bands，OB)，髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)阳性均有助于ON的诊断。结论 CSF检查结果对ON的诊断有重要价值。【关键词】 视神经炎；脑脊液；诊断
