(新疆医科大学公共卫生学院劳动卫生与环境卫生学教研室, 新疆乌鲁木齐830054)摘要: 目的: 探讨地方性砷中毒患者细胞因子水平与抗氧化能力的相关性。 方法: 对81例地方性砷中毒患者(病例组)和对照组(88例)血清白细胞介素2(IL2) 、白细胞介素8(IL8) 、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx) 、丙二醛(MDA)水平进行检测及分析。结果:与对照组相比,地方性砷中毒患者血清IL2、IL8和TNFα水平显著增高(P<0.05),SOD、GSHPx活性明显降低,而MDA水平增高(P<0.05)。砷中毒患者IL2、IL8、TNFα含量与SOD、GSHPx活性呈负相关性,与MDA水平呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论: 地方性砷中毒患者血清IL2、IL8和TNFα水平高于对照组,而抗氧化能力低于对照组。地方性砷中毒患者的IL2、IL8和TNFα水平随抗氧化能力的降低而升高。

Assay of relationship between cytokine levels and antilipid peroxidation in arsenism patients

Abstract: Objective: To study the relationship and the coordinating roles between cytokine levels and antilipid peroxidation ability in arsenism patients. Methods: Interleukin2 (IL2), Interleukin8 (IL8), tumornecrosis factorα (TNFα), superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the serum of patients were measured and analyzed. Results: Compared with those of the control, the IL2, IL8, TNFα, MDA levels were higher (P<0.05), while the SOD, GSHPx contents were lower (P<0.05) in the patients. We also found that there was a negative correlation between the IL2, IL8, TNFα and SOD, GSHPx, respectively. Further, there was a significant positive correlation between IL2, IL8, TNFα and MDA. Conclusions: Arsenic exposure cause progressive elevation of IL2, IL8, TNFα and MDA associated with decreasing level of SOD, GSHPx. ......
