摘要:目的：介绍平阳霉素治疗小儿口腔颌面部血管瘤的护理体会。方法：对33例小儿口腔颌面部血管瘤瘤体内注射平阳霉素,术前针对不同患者的病情及家属的心理状态，做好心理护理，使其对治疗过程有初步了解，积极配合治疗。注射后护理重点在于血管瘤局部的护理和观察，积极防治注射部位出血及感染；对于应用平阳霉素引起的副作用应积极评估及对症治疗。结果：24例完全消退，7例大部分消退。少数患儿有发热和胃肠道不适，3例因注射过浅或过量发生局部皮肤粘膜坏死致轻微瘢痕畸形。结论：平阳霉素瘤体内注射治疗小儿口腔颌面部血管瘤应加强术前、术后护理，及早防治各种并发症，以提高治疗效果。

    Nursing of Intralesional Pingyangmycin Injection for Maxillofacial Hemangiomas in Children

    Abstract: Objectives: To introduce the nursing experience of pinyangmycin injection for maxillofacial hemangiomas in children. Methods: Before the treatment psychological nursing and counseling with the parents was routinely performed. Then, pingyangmycin was intralesionally injected into the maxillofacial hemangioma until the mass had become pale and swollen once two weeks for 3～5 times. After the injection the nursing was aimed at the prevention of local hemorrhage and infection.Results: Among 31 children receiving pingyangmycin injection, complete disappearance was achieved in 24 cases, and the other 7 cases showed marked shrinkage. The complication included 3 cases with local skin necrosis. Conclusion: Preoperational and postoperative nursing of intralesional pingyangmycin injection should be emphasized for better efficacy for maxillofacial hemangioma in children. ......
