Gene P33ING1 and P53 expression in cervix cancer tissue

    ¡¾Abstract¡¿ AIM: To explore the clinical signification of P33ING1 in carcinoma of cervix and the relationship between P33ING1 and P53. METHODS: Using envision immunohisto chemical method, the expression level of P33ING1 and P53 was examined in 50 cases of cervix cancer, 15 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN) group and 20 cases of control group. RESULTS: P33ING1 expression in CIN group and control group was positive (100%) and the expression in cervix cancer group was significantly lower (62.0%) than that in the other groups (P<0.01). P33ING1 expression in cervix cancer was related to the lymphnode metastasis and tumor polarization (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: P33ING1 expression in cervix cancer is low and P33ING1 is related to P53 expression in cervix cancer. ......
