【摘要】 目的 探讨MRI在脊柱转移瘤评价中的价值。方法 分析60例有完整临床资料的脊柱转移瘤MRI表现，分别进行SE序列T1WI和T2WI扫描，其中32例行增强扫描。结果 60例共249个椎体受累，单个椎体受累病例12例，48例多椎体受累，单纯附件受累2例，合并椎旁软组织肿块9例，椎管受累13例，合并压缩骨折7例。结论 MRI对评价脊柱转移肿瘤具有重要价值，有助于临床确定治疗方案和评价预后。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of MRI in evaluating spinal metastatic tumor.Methods 60 cases of spinal metastatic tumors were analysed.Conventional T1WI and T2WI were examined in 60 patients.Gd-DTPA contrast scan in 32 cases was performed.Results Of 60 cases,249 vertebral were involved,single vertebra was involved in 12 cases,and multi-vertebrae were involved in 48 cases,only spinal appendages were involved in 2 cases.The paravertral masse were presented in 9 cases.The spinal canal were involved in 13,and 7 cases demonstrated compress fracture.The intervertebral disk were normal in all cases.Conclusion MRI has important value in evaluating spinal metastatic tumor ......
