【摘要】 目的 了解口腔医学发展中新技术、设备、材料在临床上应用情况，加强口腔器械的消毒、灭菌工作，进一步规范化管理，有效地预防和控制医源性感染，保证医疗安全。方法 我们采取了检查、现场采样的方法对我市医院、牙科门诊的口腔科器械消毒、灭菌质量进行了监测。结果 共采消毒器械61份，合格58份，合格率95.1%、灭菌器械183份，合格145份，合格率79.2%。检出致病菌3份，HBV阳性2份。结论 各级医疗机构口腔器械消毒灭菌工作均存在不同程度的缺陷。应依相关法律、法规针对性地规范口腔器械的消毒灭菌工作管理。

    【Abstract】 Objective Understanding the stomatologic medical science development,the medium new chnique,equipments,material applies the circumstance on the clinic,strengthening the disinfection and sterilization of the stomatologic instruments,the further norm turns the management,preventing and controlling medical infection,guaranteeing the medical treatment safety.Methods We adopted the check,the spot the method of the sample disinfect,sterilization quality to carry on the monitor to the stomatology section instrument of my city hospital,the dentistry out-patient service.Results Adopt to disinfect 61 of instruments totally,qualified 58,qualified rate 95.1%,183 of stomatologic instruments, qualified 145,qualified rate 79.2%.Check with the result that 3 germ 2 of the HBV positive.Conclusion As a result express that the all levels medical treatment organization stomatologic instruments disinfects and sterilizates to all exist the blemish of different degree.Should depend on the disinfection that the related law,laws aims at a norm of stomatologic instruments to sterilization management. ......
