【摘要】 目的 测定不育患者精子乳酸脱氢酶同工酶X的含量，探讨其对男性不育诊断的意义。方法 选择84例不育患者为研究对象(Ⅰ组)，对照组为生殖能力正常的61例(Ⅱ组)。精液乳酸脱氢酶X测定采用定量检测试剂盒，用两点法测定。结果 不育患者精子乳酸脱氢酶X较对照组均有明显下降，与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01)，且与精子的A级+B级具有相关性(r＝0.674， P<0.05)。结论 不育患者精子乳酸脱氢酶X含量下降，能反映精子的活力，是男性不育临床诊断的较好指标。

    【Abstract】 Objective We measured lactate dehydrogenase-x (LDH-X) activity in sperm and seminal plasma from infertile men, to explore whether the LDH-X in sperm and seminal plasma is meaningful to the diagnoses of infertility of men.Methods Eighty-four infertile men (group I) and sixty-one men with normal fertility (group II) were investigated.
