江西省人群SARS感染状况及抗体水平调查

     【摘要】 目的 为了摸清我省人群中SARS抗体的本底资料,尤其是≤14岁正常儿童血清中抗严重急性呼吸道综合征(SARS)冠状病毒IgG抗体的存在状况和分布特征,印证不同厂家酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂盒的特异性和一致性,以期为江西省当前和今后的SARS防控工作提供更加科学有效的依据。方法 采集不同人群血标本,检测血清中SARS冠状病毒IgG抗体。结果 华大试剂检测儿童组与成人组SARS冠状病毒抗体阳性率χ2检验,χ2=6.221,P<0.05,两者之间差异有显著性。万泰试剂检测儿童组与成人组SARS冠状病毒抗体阳性率χ2检验,χ2=0.549,P>0.05,两者间差异无显著性。0~4岁的低年龄组SARS冠状病毒IgG抗体阳性率高于其他高年龄组儿童。两厂家试剂检测的阳性标本没有对应,阴性结果符合率较高(97.45%)。结论 证明在我省正常健康成年人群中SARS冠状病毒IgG抗体水平接近零(0.53%),儿童组中SARS冠状病毒抗体水平也很低(3.2%)。因此,在我省正常人群均为易感人群,研制出预防SARS疫苗后,都需要接种疫苗。检测试剂本身的敏感性和特异性有待继续提高。为了应对SARS暴发,应进一步开展相关的研究工作,为江西省当前和今后的SARS防控工作提供更加科学有效的依据。

    【Abstract】 Objective To know the background of IgG antibody leve to severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) of populations in Jiangxi province and observe the positive rate and distribution characteristics of IgG antibody to SARS of the healthy children aged≥14 years old especially. Methods Collecting serum samples from different people groups to test IgG antibody of SARS. Results For the SARS IgG antibody positive rate detected using reagent from HADA company, there was significant different (χ2=6.221,P<0.05) between the antibody positive rate of children group and that of adult group. For the SARS IgG antibody positive rate detected using reagent from WANTAI company, there was no significant different (χ2=0.549,P>0.05) between the antibody positive rate of children group and that of adult group.The SARS IgG antibody positive rate of 0~4 years old group was higher than that of other age groups. The positive sample detected by the different reagent respective had no consistent, but the negative sample detected by the different reagent respectively had higher consistent (97.45%). Conclusion The SARS IgG antibody positive rate of healthy adult group reached nearly 0(0.53%), and that of children group was very low (3.2%). Healthy populations were universal susceptible to SARS and need vaccination after SARS vaccine was produced .The sensitivity and specificity of detection reagent of the SARS IgG should be improved.In order to meet SARS breaking out and provide scientific and effective gist for prevention and control SARS now and in the future in Jiangxi province, we should expand correlative research. ......
