    摘 要:目的 观察IL-2对C6大鼠星形神经胶质瘤细胞增殖的影响，并从蛋白及mRNA水平观察白细胞介素-2受体(IL-2R)α，β，γ3条链在C6神经胶质瘤细胞中的表达. 方法 应用细胞培养、MTT法、3 H-TdR掺入法、免疫细胞化学方法和RT-PCR技术. 结果 ①IL-2(1×104 ～1×106 U·L-1 )可显著促进C6细胞的增殖;②C6细胞中检测到IL-2R的β、γ2条链的免疫反应阳性物质;③IL-2Rβ，γmRNA在C6细胞中均有表达. 结论 IL-2可显著促进C6神经胶质瘤细胞的增殖，C6细胞表达IL-2Rβ、γ2条链的蛋白与mRNA，可能介导IL-2增殖信号的传递，从而初步证实IL-2可直接作用于神经胶质细胞并进一步阐明了IL-2增殖信号的转导机制，为揭示细胞因子在神经系统中的普遍作用机制提供更多证据.
