【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜下胆总管切开、纤维胆道镜取石、T管引流术的方法及手术技巧。方法：回顾20例胆总管结石患者在腹腔镜下行胆总管切开、纤维胆道镜取石、T管引流术。结果：20例患者除1例因取石困难中转开腹外，余均在腹腔镜下完成手术，平均手术时间90min，术后次日进流质饮食，下床活动，4~5d出院，无1例发生与手术相关的并发症。结论：腹腔镜下胆总管切开、纤维胆道镜取石、T管引流术具有微创手术的优势，效果可靠，值得在临床推广。【关键词】 腹腔镜检查；纤维胆道镜；胆总管结石；T管引流
Clinical study of treating choledocholithiasis with laparoscope and choledochofibersope

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the methods and operation technique of choledocholithotomy with laparoscope and choledochofibersope,and T tube drain.Methods:20 cases with choledocholithiasis treated with laparoscopy and choledochofibersope were reviewed and analysed.Results:Of all cases,1 case was difficult in extracted stone from common bile duct and changed to open abdomen operation;the other 19 cases were success and recovered well.The average operative time was 90min.the hospitalization after surgery was 45 days and had no complications.Conclusions:Choledocholithotomy with laparoscope and choledochofibersope,T tube drain is a kind of very good and effective method worthy of being generalized. ......
