增生性瘢痕C┐myc和C┐fos蛋白的表达

    摘 要:目的 了解癌基因C-myc和C-fos蛋白产物在瘢痕中的表达情况,探讨瘢痕增生机制. 方法 采用免疫组织化学方法对增生性瘢痕(HS)、非增生性瘢痕(NHS)和正常皮肤标本各9例进行癌基因C-myc和C-fos蛋白产物的检测,并采用图像分析法进行比较. 结果 癌基因C-myc和C-fos蛋白产物在增生性瘢痕胶原结节和漩涡状结构中的成纤维细胞中呈强阳性表达,图像分析结果面密度(C-myc:0.0438±0.0035vs0.0036±0.0004,0.0035±0.0005,P<0.01;C-fos:0.0525±0.0086vs0.0054±0.0014,0.0053±0.0023,P<0.01),平均灰度(C-myc:82295±625vs14311±89,6927±745,P<0.01;c-fos:50484±3665vs10424±1422,16585±1321,P<0.01),积分吸光度(C-myc:2.34±0.41vs0.42±0.06,0.40±0.05,P<0.01;C-fos:4.31±0.35vs0.62±0.07,0.58±0.04,P<0.01)等指标经统计学处理与非增生性瘢痕和正常皮肤有显著差异. 结论 癌基因C-myc和C-fos蛋白产物可能与瘢痕的增生相关.
