【摘要】 目的：探讨二孔法微型腹腔镜在胆囊切除术中使用的临床意义，术式和进一步提高腹腔镜操作技术。[HTH〗方法：随机将慢性结石性胆囊炎和胆囊息肉40例分成两组，分别施行二孔微型腹腔镜胆囊切除术(MLC)和三孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)。结果：全部病例均顺利完成手术，两组患者均无中转开腹，痊愈出院。结论：在熟练三孔LC的基础上，开展二孔MLC是安全、有效的，减少了患者的创伤，使微创技术有了更进一步的提高。【关键词】 腹腔镜，微型；胆囊切除术

【Abstract】Objective:To study the clinical significance and methods of application of MLC,and to rise the technique of the operation of laparoscope.Methods：Forty patients with chronic calculus cholecystitis and polypus of cholecyst randomly diveded into two groups,and treated each group with MLC and LC respectively.Results:All the cases were accomplished successfully and cured,and no conversion.Conclusions:The application of MLC is safe,effective on the premise of the welloperating of LC,can reduce the injury to patients,and advance the technique of microinjury further. ......
