    摘 要:目的 探讨乳癌(MCF-7)细胞株分泌物对凝血系统的影响. 方法 分别测定高低两种浓度的乳癌细胞分泌物对正常血浆和异常血浆的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)，凝血酶原时间(PT)，凝血酶时间(TT)值和VⅢ，V因子活性的影响. 结果 两种浓度的乳癌细胞分泌物均可使正常血浆APTT(s)显著缩短(37.6±0.3)vs(31.0±0.5)，(26.0±0.5)，P<0.05，而对PT无影响，使异常血浆的PT(s)延长(18.7±0.5)vs(23.6±0.5)，(31.6±0.8)，P<0.05，而对APTT无影响;只有高浓度的分泌物能使TT(s)延长[正常血浆(15.8±0.6)vs(18.8±0.4)，异常血浆(18.8±0.5)vs(22.4±0.5)，P<0.05].两种浓度的乳癌细胞分泌物均可使VⅢ因子活性增强(125±11)vs(170±10)，(250±13)，P<0.05，只有高浓度的分泌物能使V因子活性降低(89±10vs75±9，P<0.05). 结论 乳癌细胞分泌物对凝血系统功能有影响.
