手助腹腔镜下右半结肠切除术的技巧

     【摘要】目的：总结应用改良手助腹腔镜下右半结肠切除术14例的经验。方法：2001年9月至2005年4月应用手助腹腔镜技术施行右半结肠切除术14例。回顾分析手术结果、术中及术后并发症并随访1~43个月。结果：14例患者手术均获成功，无一例中转开腹，手术时间约为3h，术后恢复良好，无切口感染、吻合口瘘、肠梗阻等并发症，随访无切口复发及肠梗阻。结论：对于无远处转移的右侧结肠恶性肿瘤患者，使用手助式右半结肠切除术安全、可行，可以获得良好的治疗效果。

    【Abstract】Objective:To summarize the experience of 14 cases of handassisted laparoscopic right hemicolorectomy.Methods:From Sep.2001 to Apr.2005,14 patients underwent handassisted right laparoscopic hemicolorectomy.The results of operative,complications was studied retrospectively.The mean followup was 1~43 months.Results:14 cases were done successfully,there was no convertion,all patients returned to normal activity very soon.There were no portsite infection,stoma fistula and ileus.Trocar site and wound recurrences of malignancies and intestinal obstruction did not occurred during the followup time.Conclusion:For the patients of right colon cancer without far metastasis,handassisted laparoscopic procedure is safe and feasible,and can get a good therapeutic result. ......
