    摘 要:目的 了解糖尿病患者外周血白细胞T3 核受体与糖尿病(无/有慢性并发症)中医辩证的关系. 方法 根据是否并发慢性并发症将20例糖尿病患者分为无慢性并发症组(A组、气阴两虚型)、慢性并发症组(B组、阴阳两虚型)，应用半定量RT-PCR法，观察T3 核受体各亚型mRNA变化. 结果 B组比A组糖尿病患者外周血白细胞中T3 Rα1 ，T3 Rα2 表达增强(P<0.05)，T3 Rβ1 ，T3 Rβ2 mRNA变化不大(P>0.05). 结论 在外周血白细胞中，T3 R mRNA各亚型表达有助于临床对中医气阴两虚、阴阳两虚型的确立.
