    摘 要:目的 探讨老年高血压病患者左室肥厚和Bin-swanger病(BD)的联系. 方法 老年高血压病患者194例，按有或无BD分为两组，并对其年龄、是否合并左室肥厚、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、吸烟史以及收缩压和舒张压水平、高血压病持续时间进行分析. 结果 在单因素Logistic回归分析中，左室肥厚、收缩压水平、高血压病持续时间及年龄均为BD的影响因素;在多因素条件Logistic回归分析中，左室肥厚仍为BD的危险因素之一(OR=3.28;95%CI，1.48-7.31;P=0.004). 结论 左室肥厚为老年高血压病患者BD独立的危险因素.
