    摘 要:目的 观察工频磁场暴露对MCF-7细胞p53mR-NA表达的影响. 方法 将人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞暴露或假暴露于60Hz,5mT工频磁场中4,8和24h,采用RT-PCR方法定量分析照射后不同时间MCF-7细胞p53mRNA的表达水平. 结果 工频磁场暴露4,8和24h,MCF-7细胞p53mRNA的表达水平保持不变. 结论 工频磁场暴露对MCF-7细胞p53mRNA的表达没有影响.
