锌离子直流电离子导入法治疗烫伤创面的实验研究

    摘 要:目的 研究直流电导入法经创面导入锌离子对烫伤创面愈合的治疗作用. 方法 建立烫伤动物模型,锌离子治疗组用直流电导入仪经烫伤创面直接导入一定浓度锌离子,与对照组比较其单位时间内的愈合面积,创面结痂脱落的时间,并且做组织切片比较其组织学的改变情况. 结果 经皮导入锌离子的实验动物组愈合的速度及程度明显好于对照组. 结论 经烫伤创面导入锌离子能显著地促进创面的愈合.

    Abstract:AIM To study the effect of Zn-iontophoresis on burn.METHODS The animal model of burn was estab-lished and burn was treated by Zn-iontophoresis.The inten-tion area of the wound compared with other groups on the7th day and the14th day at the time of intention.RESULTS The intention speed and extent of Zn-iontophoresis group were more visible and better than those in other groups.CONCLUSION Application of Zn-iontophoresis can signifi-cantly improve the healing of burn.
