关键词: 柯萨奇病毒B组;抗体,单克隆;表位摘 要:目的 分析由各脏器分离出的柯萨奇B3 病毒(CVB3 )抗原决定簇的异同,并探讨其与致病性的关系. 方法 利用自制的26种柯萨奇B3 病毒mAb(CVB3 -McAb)与心脏、肝脏、肾脏及肺脏分离出的CVB3 株进行免疫荧光分析,观察各分离株抗原决定簇的变化,并将各分离株再次注入动物体内,观察心、肝、肾及肺的病理改变. 结果 CVB3 在不同器官的细胞中繁殖后,其抗原决定簇发生改变,CVB3 -McAb2A4 ,2B2 ,2D3 ,2D4 与肝、肺、心、肾分离株均发生反应;26种CVB3 -McAb中有4种不与心脏分离株反应;有15种不与肝脏分离株反应;有21种不与肺脏分离株反应;有11种不与肾脏分离株反应.且各分离株对器官的致病程度亦有差异. 结论 CVB3 各分离株抗原决定簇有差异;病毒抗原决定簇的不同是影响其致病性的重要因素之一.
