EMR照射对大鼠血脑屏障超微结构及通透性的影响

【摘要】 目的 研究EMR照射对大鼠血脑屏障超微结构及通透性的影响。 方法 用硝酸镧示踪和电子显微镜观察EMR照射后大鼠血脑屏障通透性及超微结构的变化。 结果 EMR照射后,海马、皮层组织、下丘脑中硝酸镧颗粒从毛细血管中渗出,毛细血管紧密联结开放,毛细血管内皮中吞噬小体增加,可见镧颗粒沉积于组织间隙及神经细胞内膜上,神经细胞变性,但结构基本正常。 结论 EMR照射后大鼠血脑屏障通透性增大,但尚未对脑神经细胞结构的完整性造成损伤。【关键词】 大鼠;血脑屏障;辐射
