【摘要】 目的 探讨三氯异氰脲酸消毒剂杀菌和HBsAg灭活效果及其毒性。 方法 用载体定量法和动物毒性试验观察其杀灭微生物效果、HBsAg的灭活作用与毒性。 结果 当消毒剂溶液中有效氯含量为400mg/L、300mg/L及200mg/L，分别作用3、5和10min，对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的平均杀灭率均达99.99%以上。有效氯含量为2000mg/L、1500mg/L和1000mg/L，分别作用10、15和20min，对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率可达100%。有效氯含量为3000mg/L、2500mg/L作用20min、2000mg/L作用30min，可使HBsAg100%灭活。小白鼠急性经口毒性试验LD 50 ≥1000mg/kg.bw;对家兔眼结膜和皮肤均无刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染细胞微核试验阴性。 结论 该消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞和HBsAg有良好的杀灭效果;性能稳定、低毒、无刺激性、无致突变作用。
