【摘要】 目的 观察血液灌流抢救重度有机磷农药中毒的疗效及治疗中的护理。方法 将2003年12月～2005年12月收治的57例重度有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组在常规内科治疗的基础上加用血液灌流(HP)并采取相应护理措施，对照组单纯行常规内科治疗护理。观察对照两组病例的治愈率、阿托品总用量、昏迷至清醒时间、住院天数。结果 治疗组阿托品总用量减少(t=4.092，P<0.01),患者昏迷时间缩短(t=3.24，P<0.01)，住院天数缩短(t=4.505，P<0.01)，治愈率提高(χ2=4.073,P<0.05)。结论 对于重度有机磷农药中毒患者,除内科常规治疗外加用血液灌流,予以适当的护理能明显提高这类危重患者的治愈率。

    Observation on the curative effect of hemoperfusion on severe organophosphorous poisoning and its nursing

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effectiveness of hemoperfusion on organophosphorous poisoning and the nursing care.Methods The 57 sufferers poisoned organophosphorous insecticide from November 2003 to November 2005 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and treatment group.The treatment group accepted general medical treatment,hemoperfusion and the corresponding nursing measure,the control group accepted general medical treatment.The cure rate,the total dosage of atropine,the interval between coma and to awake,hospitalization time.Results The total dosage of atropine reduced(t=4.092,P<0.01),the duration of coma shortened(t=3.24,P<0.01),the hospitalization number shortened(t=4.505,P<0.01),the cure rate raised(χ2=4.073,P<0.05)in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion General medical treatment,hemoperfusion and the corresponding nursing measure can obviously raise the cure rate of organophosphorous insecticide sufferers. ......
