Abstract
AIM: To observe the Phospholipase Cγ-1(PLCγ-1) expression of gastric mucous cell in gastric ulcer rat by acupuncture serum.
METHODS: 60 rats were randomly divided into Model Serum(MS)group, Gastric Meridian Serum(GMS) group, Gallbladder Meridian Serum(GBMS) group, GMS+PD153035 group and GBMS+PD153035 group, The gastric ulcer rat model was established by water immersion and restrained stress methods, the gastric mucous cells were separated by pronase digestion method and incubated by serum ......
