【摘要】 目的 探讨胆总管切开探查或取石后一期缝合的可行性及适应证。方法 总结我院2003年8月～2004年10月开展胆总管切开探查或取石后一期缝合14例临床经验。结果 胆总管切开探查或取石一期缝合未见胆漏等严重并发症，住院时间明显缩短。结论 严格选择适应证，胆总管探查后行一期缝合是安全有效的，有利于患者康复和改善预后。

    【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study is to discuss the feasibility and indications for primary suture of the incision in one stage post choledochotomy. Methods The clinical data on 14 patients undergoing exploration of common bile duct were reviewed ,who received primary suture of the incision in one stage from August 2003 to November. Results Complication(especially bile leakage) of the incision in one stage post choledochotomy was not found . Patients in the time staying in hospital were less. Conclusion Primary suture of the incision in one stage post choledochotomy is safe and effective,could be performed in most patients receiving choledochotomy, which is helpful to the recover and prognosis of patients.
