【摘要】 目的 评价显微镜下小骨窗皮层小切口手术方式治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法 选择40例采用常规开颅清除血肿和40例采用显微镜下小骨窗皮层小切口清除血肿治疗，比较两种手术方式的疗效。结果 显微镜下小骨窗开颅皮层小切口清除血肿较常规开颅清除血肿死亡率低，且术后康复效果好。结论 显微镜下小骨窗开颅皮层小切口清除血肿的疗效优于传统开颅清除血肿。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of the operation method that adopt small skull window and small incision on cortex with microscope to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 40 cases were taken traditional operation to eliminate hematoma; 40 cases were taken small incision on cortex with microscope; to compare the two methods and to find which operation method is the better.Results The cases adopted with the small skull window and small incision on cortex with microscope had a lower mortality and a better prognosis than the cases adopted traditional operations.Conclusion The method of small incision on cortex with microscope had a better curative result.
