卵巢切除大鼠不同脑区酪氨酸激酶A表达的变化

     [摘要] 目的 观察卵巢切除大鼠脑内不同部位酪氨酸激酶A(TrkA)表达的变化。方法 按Singh方法建立大鼠卵巢切除模型(OVX组),免疫细胞化学染色,观察海马CA1区、皮质区、杏仁复合体区、基底前脑Meynert核等部位TrkA阳性细胞表达的变化。结果 对照组大鼠各观察区有大量TrkA表达,与对照组比较,OVX组大脑海马CA1区、大脑皮质区、杏仁复合体区TrkA阳性细胞数明显减少(t=5.90~8.57,P<0.01),Meynert核区无显著性差异(t=1.65,P>0.05)。结论 大鼠体内雌激素下降可致脑内多部位TrkA表达减少,雌激素与生长因子受体系统可能存在相互影响的关系。
