ABSTRACT: Objective To study the changes of urinary β2microglodulin (β2MG), NacetylβDglucosaminidase(NAG)and γglutamyltransferase(γGT) levels in patients with renal calculus and the clinical significance. Methods Urinary β2MG and NAG, γGT levels in 30 cases of renal calculus and 30 healthy volunteers were determined by radioimmunoassay and biochemical spectrophotometric analysis, respectively. Results Urinary β2MG、 NAG and γGT levels in the controls were lower than in the renal calculus patients(P<0.05). Conclusion These results are the initial demonstration that urinary β2MG and NAG, γGT levels of these patients increase with renal calculogenesis, which suggests that the pathway is related to renal dysfunction. ......
